Movement & Balance
In this first term, we focus on developing
your child’s basic movement skills.
Through fun activities and games,
children will practise:
Running, stopping, and changing direction
Jumping, hopping, and balancing
Listening and following simple instructions
These sessions help build confidence and coordination—the foundation for all sports.

Ball Familiarity
Children will begin to explore simple ball skills in a relaxed and playful way:
Kicking the ball
Stopping and controlling the ball
Basic dribbling
The aim is to help children feel comfortable and confident using
