Stage One:
Movement & Balance


In this first term, we focus on developing
your child’s basic movement skills.

Through fun activities and games,
children will practise:

  • Running, stopping, and changing direction

  • Jumping, hopping, and balancing

  • Listening and following simple instructions

These sessions help build confidence and coordination—the foundation for all sports.

Stage Two:
Ball Familiarity

Children will begin to explore simple ball skills in a relaxed and playful way:

  • Kicking the ball

  • Stopping and controlling the ball

  • Basic dribbling

The aim is to help children feel comfortable and confident using
a ball at their feet.

Stage Three
Fun & Game Play

In our final term, we bring everything together through simple games and match-style activities:

  • Mini games and small-sided play

  • Taking turns and working as a team

  • Scoring goals and celebrating success
